After COVID, we founded an SDR-as-a-Service agency and met with more than 1,000 GTM teams. The same story everywhere: SDRs missing quota, buyers ignoring generic outreach, volume mistaken for pipeline.These weren't abstract problems to us. We had lived them ourselves. So we built the thing we wished had existed - trigger-based outbound designed around how modern buyers actually engage. That became Spear.
