Spear was born from a simple insight:Outbound Works When
the Timing is Right

The Unlikely Experiment

We bootstrapped a weird idea - selling personalized coffee mugs to HR managers. No marketing budget. Just outbound. It grew to 30,000 units and over $1M in revenue.

But the real discovery wasn't the mugs. It was the method. Reach the right person, with the right message, at the exact right moment - and everything changes.

The Pattern

We Couldn't Ignore

After COVID, we founded an SDR-as-a-Service agency and met with more than 1,000 GTM teams. The same story everywhere: SDRs missing quota, buyers ignoring generic outreach, volume mistaken for pipeline. These weren't abstract problems to us. We had lived them ourselves. So we built the thing we wished had existed - trigger-based outbound designed around how modern buyers actually engage.
That became Spear.
