How it works

Most outbound is guesswork. Spear replaces that with real signals, real timing, and a human voice behind every message.

From Signal to Meeting

Spear monitors buying signals across every channel — and tells you exactly when to act.

Define your ICP

Tell Spear who you're going after - personas, industries, company sizes, and value props. The more context you give, the sharper the targeting gets.

Set up Triggers

Choose the moments that matter - a LinkedIn post, a funding round, a conference talk. Spear monitors continuously and acts only when a real signal appears.

Review Prospects

As relevant triggers appear, Spear suggests prospects worth reaching - based on intent and context.
You approve or deny.

Approve Outreach

Every prospect is part of a campaign tailored to their ICP segment, so messages feel personal, not generic. Outreach happens where prospects are already active - LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and more. You stay in control.

Analyze, Iterate, Optimize

Every campaign metric is visible in your dashboard. Spear learns from what works and helps refine targeting, messaging, and timing-so your outbound gets better over time.

The system regulates daily activity to between 15 and 25 connection requests per day. Best practice is generally to maintain a volume of approximately 20 sends daily. This regulation is essential to protect your profile's health and prevent it from being flagged or blocked due to high activity.

A LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator account is mandatory. It is required for the system to send personalized connection requests and to bypass the commercial limits enforced on free LinkedIn accounts

Onboarding typically takes 4–5 business days to get you live; you’ll see the first batch of suggested prospects within 24–48 hours after the account, LinkedIn profile and required setup (payment, connections upload, exclusion list, and calendar link) arecompleted.

Prospects arrive as a daily feed (about 15–25 suggestions a day) you review (approve/deny/monitor); approved prospects enter automated sequences immediately and messages begin sending the same day the approvals are processed. Expect steady signal refinement over the first few weeks and plan for stable, measurable results after roughly 4–6 months ofiteration.
