How do I connect, manage, or remove a LinkedIn profile?

5 min readConnecting a LinkedIn profile to Spear is now fully async — meaning you don't need to stay on the screen while it processes. Enter your credentials, leave the page, and come back when it's ready. You can also disconnect profiles directly from the platform.
Where: Org Settings → Profiles
- Go to Org Settings → Profiles
- Click Connect LinkedIn Profile and enter your credentials — the process runs in the background, so you can navigate away freely
- Once your code is ready, a "Your LinkedIn code is ready" sticky banner will appear at the top — it stays visible until you complete the action
- If you entered wrong credentials, you'll see a clear error message and be automatically redirected back to the credentials page to try again
- To edit or remove an existing profile, click the 3-dot menu next to it → select Edit or Delete → confirm in the popup
