Precision Tagging for Your Outreach

Indicators are tags applied to prospects to highlight key characteristics or attributes, allowing Account Managers and clients to perform highly targeted outreach within The Outreach Platform.

What are Indicators?

They are informational labels that signify any relevant data or detail about a prospect, such as Event Attendance, Technology Use, or Financial Standing (7M+ Arr). This is what they look like in a prospect:

Key Benefits

  • Time-Saving: Removes the need for both clients and AMs to enter the full prospect profile to check key details.
  • Instant Clarity: Provides immediate visibility of crucial data points (e.g., 7M+ Arr, Actively Hiring) upfront.
  • Increased Efficiency: Allows the client to quickly filter and prioritize prospects based on requirements visible at a glance.

How It Works (Overview)

Clients and AMs use these indicators to mark or request specific key data about a prospect upfront. This allows them to see crucial details (like 7M+ Arr or Actively hiring) instantly, without entering the prospect's profile.

Tip: Use indicators to filter prospects in the Approved Prospects section to better organize and prioritize outreach.
